we get information from the media about the Uzbekistan government continues its relentless campaign against devout Muslims who practice their religion outside of state control. State authorities punish independent Muslims with discriminatory arrests, incommunicado detention, torture, and imprisonment. Police regularly threaten and harass relatives of independent Muslims. The government maintains tight control over the media. Uzbek authorities also took a crackdown on members of Hizb ut-Tahrir (HT), even though Hizb ut-Tahrir (HT) is a peaceful organization and has never committed anarchic acts.

In Support for the muslim in Uzbekistan who are being abused tyrannical regime of Uzbekistan only because they pray day and night to fulfill the promise of Allah (swt), The Almighty, and give glad tidings to the Messenger of Allah (saw) by resuming Islamic life by establishing the second Rightly Guided Caliphate on the method of the Prophethood. We will deliver a legal statement:

1)        the actions of the government of Uzbekistan (discriminatory arrests, incommunicado detention, torture, and imprisonment) have violated international law, based on article 19 (1) and (2) of the ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights) :

1.         Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference.

2.        Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.

2)       ICCPR Article 19(2) protects sharing “ideas of all kinds ... orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media. The Covenant broadly protects expression because it is “essential for any society” and necessary to ensure transparency, accountability, and the promotion of human rights generally; Uzbekistan goverment must also “ensure that persons are protected from any acts by private persons or entities” which would harm the right to freedom of expression.In other words, Uzbekistan goverment must ensure that free public discourse is possible by preventing acts, private or public, designed to chill free expression. The ICCPR, therefore, protects expression from intrusion by a broad range of actors;

3)        We urge the government of Uzbekistan to comply with international law, namely to civil and political right.
